Throughout my career, I've learned that the strongest organizations are built for change, not comfort. Markets shift, technology evolves, and borrower needs continue to change, but investing in people has always been the constant. Some of the most important decisions I've made were maintaining talent development, mentorship, and operational flexibility when others chose to pull back.
I'm grateful to the many colleagues, mentors, partners, and team members who have been part of this journey. The legacy we leave behind is not measured by production alone, but by the people we develop and the impact we make together.

Artificial intelligence won't replace loan officers. In my view, it will help them become even more valuable.
