Did you know that even though the market "slowed" down the last quarter of 2023, we still saw a approx. 5.5% increase in home values for the whole year.
And did you know that I can tell you your home value without spamming you for the next 6 months! :) Pretty cool huh? You give me your address and I tell you the value of your home and then leave you alone. I mean, I may send you a handwritten thank you card but that's it.
