This workshop is designed to help athletes improve strength, stability, and performance by dialing in the connection between breath, core, and pelvic floor during lifts. Many athletes deal with pressure, or instability under load but don’t realize it’s a coordination issue—not a strength issue. We’ll break down common faults in squats, deadlifts, and pressing movements and teach simple, effective adjustments that create better bracing, more efficient force transfer, and a stronger, more supported core. The goal is to help athletes lift heavier, feel more in control, and eliminate symptoms that are often ignored but limit long-term performance.
