How it all started...

H2 Property Management was created out of a love for Bay View and Sandusky, Ohio. What started as a passion project in Bay View, where my husband grew up, became a discovery or rather a recovery of the hidden gem that Downtown Sandusky IS now and was then. One visit in the fall and I fell in love with the history of Sandusky . My husband had already decided to invest his money and heart into restoring buildings in the Downtown Sandusky community and I was onboard!

Several of our buildings include but are not limited to Water’s Edge and Shoreline Building, The Loft rentals and commercial space on the Lea Block of East Market Street and of course the beautiful jewel (dramatic pause here), The Cooke Building, our excitement builds. Excitement is the word that stands out! We have had tremendous support and we are so happy to give you Sandusky additional options for commercial retail space and residential space.

Our hope is to continue to be part of the growth that has embraced Sandusky over the last decade. Our plan is to see our beautiful Lake Erie city thrive continuously. She deserves the love!
