The Ottawa County Teacher Boot Camp has officially wrapped up! This week educators engaged with local employers, explored career pathways and gained firsthand insight into the skills shaping today’s workforce. Thank you Catawba Island Club and LogistiQ for being such amazing hosts!!

Today marked the conclusion of tours for the Sandusky County Teacher Business Boot Camp. This week we enjoyed bringing together educators and local businesses for a meaningful opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from one another. We thank our partners for their continued support!!

Monday’s Ottawa County Teacher Boot Camp visited Luther Home of Mercy and Materion. These visits were enlightening and amazing hands on experiences for all of the participating educators. We are so grateful for their support of this workforce initiative and the impact they have in Ottawa County! ✨

Tuesday’s Sandusky County Teacher Boot Camp visited Motion Controls and Green Bay Packaging ~ two instrumental businesses in the community AND the county’s economic infrastructure. We are so grateful for their ongoing support of our workforce development initiatives.

Today North Point is proud to present the second of a two-day training ✨SPEED OF TRUST✨ from FranklinCovey. An impactful experience diving into the tenets of effective leadership ~ 14 districts are represented!! It was an honor to welcome William Blackford to our region.

Special thanks to our friends at Norwalk City School District for hosting SPEED OF TRUST leadership training. This training, provided by a grant partnership with FranklinCovey is allowing nearly 60 leaders from 14 districts to learn and grow.

Our first round of 💪Strengthen CS kicked off this week, a Teach CS initiative in partnership with the , supporting educators in deepening their computer science, computational thinking, and AI knowledge to expand opportunities for students.
