💥A huge congratulations to this beautiful young couple who just bought their first home! They wanted a home with land, privacy, and away from all the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to get to the main freeways. They found THE ONE in a perfect location, but there was one problem....it was already pending!! I maintained in contact with the listing agent, we continued working on the financing end, kept on doing our research, and I stayed persistent.
