🚨🚨🚨 FOOD REVIEW 🚨🚨🚨

Fogo De Chao

1 out of 10 ⭐️’s

1. The location was pretty small and the layout made me feel a bit “crammed in” (Emeryville location)

2. There had to be at least 50 people in there and maybe 5 servers or so

3. A few servers had low energy and didn’t give off a welcoming vibe, but there were a few that did so there was a little bit of balance there

4. They only brought out 4-5 different cuts of meats (I was expecting more)

5. Some of the meat had good flavor and most others were subpar at best

6. Garlic mashed potatoes were really good

7. Parmesan pork was my favorite

8. The sale bar was OK

Overall, I didn’t really enjoy my experience today, unfortunately. I feel like this restaurant isn’t what it used to be, and in the past, it used to be more authentic with a better vibe and better ambience, and better selection of meat. I feel like the company has gotten big and it’s become more of a chain/franchise and now the entire experience has been watered down from what I used to remember going here years ago.

I wish I had more positive feedback, but this was my true feelings based on today’s experience.

If you wanna go to a Brazilian steakhouse that’s 10 out of 10 ⭐️’s go to Galpao Guacho Brazilian Steakhouse, they never disappoint!

Got to be the best authentic tacos ive ever had!!🌮

1. The had a live band (apparently on the weekend)

2. The tortillas are MADE BY HAND

3. They put a cheese skirt *inside the tacos

4. Great hospitality

5. The meat was extremely flavorful and delicious

6. Nice ambiance with fire heaters and outside seating

Trust me you won’t find better tacos, and if you know a place doing it like this tag me!!
