lol this one hit me hard 😅

when i started my journey, everyone had an opinion.

people judging what i ate,

side-eyeing me for filming myself,

rolling their eyes when i started posting here.

i used to care way too much about it.

then it clicked ✨

none of them are living in my body.

none of them are paying my bills lol.

i’m the only one who has to wake up and feel good in my own skin.

so i stopped performing for people and just did my thing.

protein, walking, staying consistent.

lost 50 lbs after 40.

and honestly?

some of the same people who judged...

are now the ones inspired lol.

so if you’ve been holding yourself back because of what people might say,

stop waiting for permission.

just do your own thing 🤍
