When you buy a home, you buy your neighbors as well 💡

One of the things I always suggest my clients to do is to drive through the neighborhood at night and talk to at least 3 different neighbors to find out what they like and don't like about the neighborhood.

Doing so will allow you to find out things about the neighborhood/neighbors that you wouldn't have known otherwise and will prevent you from being "stuck" with a home that you aren't completely satisfied with.
