AK’s take on an Old Fashioned. A spirit forward blend of bourbon & rye layered with jaggery, cardamom bitters, and orange oil. Familiar at first sip, unmistakably Khaki by the finish.
Banana leaf wrapped whole branzino layered with coconut, kokum, and tomato masala, then roasted until deeply aromatic. Served with coconut rice and designed for the table.
