Two (2) new units reserved for low-income households have been released for purchase as part of San Ramon’s Below Market Rate (BMR) Home Ownership lottery program with HouseKeys at the Iron Horse Village development. The Orientation Workshop is at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The deadline to submit for Opportunity Drawing No. 783 is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. During election season, candidates are allowed to place campaign signs on private property. It is illegal to move, touch or remove signs. If you believe a sign has been improperly placed, please call the City’s Code Enforcement line at 925-973-2589 or email [email protected].
