I have been suffering with vertigo for over a year. I have been to a Cardiologist , ENT, Neurologist, Physical Therapist, lab work, CT scans, and a MRI. I’ve received many different medications but nothing worked. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Zamora I am not having the vertigo attacks and have experienced an unexpected benefit - my hearing has improved significantly and I’m not having to wear my hearing aids very often. My vision has also improved and the brightness doesn’t bother me like it has been. I am amazed at this improvement and so thankful for everyone at Waterman Chiropractic.

Miracle of the Month - Megan’s story 😍 💪 🏃‍♂️

I was a competitive volleyball player as a teenager and unfortunately didn’t have the best form or recovery practices. In my late 20’s this caught up to me with a labral tear in my hip. I was weight training and running at the time, so my doctors jumped straight to a surgical solution. Although the surgery was considered successful and improved my hip pain, a host of other issues popped up including chronic lower back pain and chronic numbness in my left leg. 🤕

I spent a year in physical therapy trying to gain back the ability to run without pain. After a year, both my physical therapist and doctor suggested I stop trying to return to running and weightlifting. I conceded and felt defeated. ☹️

Several years later, after moving to San Ramon, I visited a sports medicine doctor where I asked for clearance to try training for a sprint triathlon. He, unlike many of my previous physicians, recommended a more holistic path, which is how I ended up at Waterman Chiropractic. I was used to waking up arthritic several days a month. After 7 years, I’d gotten relatively used to the left leg numbness. I was used to pain. Dr. Waterman assessed me and we came up with a plan. I told him about my dreams of running and weightlifting again. He said with about as much confidence as someone can have, “We’ll get you there.” He was right. After several visits, the pain decreased, my flexibility and range of motion increased. I slowly went back to weightlifting and jogging. I gained consistency without the interruptions of pain. My mood improved. My eating improved. I felt better, stronger. I’m excited for what the future holds and feel confident knowing the Waterman Chiropractic has my back (literally and figuratively) 🥰🤩🥳
