Start The Conversation will help you and your tween or teen get on the same page. Tina DeMattia, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist is a skilled, experienced counselor who has helped clients just like you build richer more rewarding relationships with their teens. She will help start the talk, and encourage you to keep the conversation going for years to come. Tina consults with health educators and youth advocates, believes that open-minded, safe, accurate education around relationships, self-esteem and overall health, is vital to the empowerment of teens as they become responsible young adults. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, education, frank conversations and skill building, Tina will help your teen identify limiting beliefs that may be standing in her way of closer more connected relationships with you and others. These workshops will help empower and develop your teen into the confident, maturing young adult. Week One: Self-Esteem & Identity
