Come see me in Angels Camp this Sunday! 🏡💛
I’ll be at 1522 Vallecito Rd from 12–3 PM and would love for you to stop by!
This home has so much character — beautiful hardwood floors, a great kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and a backyard with a beautiful pool and waterfall that is just made for family and friends. 💦
It’s definitely not your typical cookie-cutter home, and I think it’s one you’ll want to see in person.

Going to an open house? I used to think it was just about seeing if you liked the house. It’s not. 🏡
When you’re seriously looking to buy, an open house is your chance to slow down, look closer, and ask the questions that matter.
Here are a few things I’d pay attention to:
Look past the pretty stuff.
Staging is meant to make a home feel good, but pay attention to the things that are harder to change—layout, natural light, storage, condition, and overall flow.
Check the neighborhood, too.
Take a few minutes outside and notice the street, parking, traffic, noise, and overall feel of the area.
Open the cabinets. Look in the closets.
You’re not being nosy—you’re buying a home. Check storage, finishes, windows, and signs of moisture or other potential issues.
Ask questions while you’re there.
Ask about the time on market, recent updates, HOA fees, disclosures, and anything else you’re unsure about.
And most importantly, don’t feel pressured to decide on the spot.
Sometimes you walk into a home and immediately know. Other times, you need to think about it. Both are okay.
An open house isn’t just about asking, “Do I love this house?”
It’s also asking, “Does this house actually make sense for me?”
If you’re planning to attend open houses around the Bay Area, save this for your next one. 💜
And if you find a home you’re serious about, reach out—we’d be happy to help you take a closer look.

Thinking about selling your Bay Area home? 🏡✨
Before you put that “For Sale” sign in the yard, there are a few things worth doing first.
✨ Know your local market.
Look at recent sales, current competition, and what buyers are actually responding to in your neighborhood.
✨ Get your home market-ready.
Declutter, deep clean, tackle those small repairs, and make the home feel welcoming.
✨ Know your numbers.
Understand your mortgage payoff, selling costs, potential repairs, and what you want to walk away with.
✨ Focus on the right improvements.
You don't always need a major remodel. The right updates can make a big difference.
✨ Make a great first impression.
Curb appeal and professional photography matter — especially when buyers are seeing your home online first.
And one of the biggest things?
Have a strategy before you list.
In today’s Bay Area market, pricing and presentation matter. You want your home positioned to attract the right buyers from the start.
Thinking about selling, even if you're not ready yet? I’m always happy to give you some insight into what your home could look like in today’s market.
No pressure. Just honest advice and a place to start. 🤍

Thinking about selling your Bay Area home? 🏡
Here’s what the process typically looks like:
1. Know Your Home’s Value 📊
Start with a market analysis based on recent comparable sales, current competition, location, condition, and buyer demand.
2. Prepare Your Home ✨
Take care of the updates that make sense—from repairs and decluttering to landscaping, cleaning, and staging. Not every home needs a major renovation.
3. Price & Market Strategically 💰📸
Set a competitive price and launch with professional photography, MLS exposure, online marketing, social media, and targeted buyer outreach.
4. Review & Negotiate Offers 📝
The highest offer isn't always the strongest. Price, financing, contingencies, timelines, and the buyer’s overall strength all matter.
5. Navigate Escrow & Close 🔑
Once you're under contract, inspections, disclosures, appraisal, financing, title, and deadlines all need to come together before the sale officially closes.
The right strategy can make the selling process feel a lot less overwhelming.
If you're thinking about listing your home in the Bay Area—or you're simply not sure where to start—DM me. I’m happy to help you understand your options and create a plan that makes sense for you. 🏡❤️

September in Napa Valley: this is the season we wait for all year 🍇✨
There's a shift in the air right now — grapes are getting heavy on the vine, the crush pads are starting up, and the whole valley slows down just enough to celebrate it properly. If you're planning a visit this month, here's where to spend your time:
🍷 Harvest parties — Wineries across the valley are throwing open their doors for crush celebrations, live music under string lights, and toasts to another vintage in the making. There's nothing quite like sipping this year's wine while watching next year's get made a few steps away.
👩🍳 Cooking classes — Trade your dinner reservation for an apron. Hands-on classes built around the season's best ingredients mean you'll walk away with new skills, a full belly, and probably a few new friends around the table. Check out PLAYTE Kitchen and CIA at Copia for hands-on food fun.
🎨 Art walks — Temperatures are just starting to cool off and September is the perfect time to take in the outdoor art pieces scattered throughout Do Napa, Yountville,CA, St. Helena, CA, and Visit Calistoga. Don't miss RAD Napa and Yountville Arts.
🧺 Shop the Farmers Market — Baskets of just-picked produce, bundles of local flowers, jars of honey and jam — the market this time of year is a love letter to the harvest. Come hungry, leave with your tote bags full. Follow Farmers Markets of Napa Valley to learn about the many Farmers' Markets across Napa to explore.
Harvest only happens once a year. Come taste it while it's here 🍇🍷
Busy doing what I absolutely love! ❤️
Some days are a little crazy... open houses, showings, calls, texts, negotiations and a whole lot in between. 😂📞🏡
But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
There’s something so rewarding about helping people make big moves, finding the right home, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives. ❤️
So yes... I’m kinda busy. 😜 And I’m loving every minute of it. 🏡✨
If you know someone thinking about buying or selling, I LOVE referrals! ❤️
