My tagline, “Discover Life on California’s Central Coast!” isn’t just something catchy or clever that I thought of years ago to draw attention to my marketing efforts. I believe that there is a unique lifestyle found on this expanse of our coastline and immediate inland areas. Each town has its own personality and offers something different that needs to be explored. Our local weather personalities talk about our micro-climates. Think of our towns and communities in the same way. Finding the perfect home will come after you find the perfect community. Once you know where you want to live, the search for your home can begin. Once you’ve chosen your home, you will have the peace of mind in knowing that when you move in, you’ll feel like you truly belong. As a seller, it’s just as important to work with an agent that is local, impassioned and knowledgeable about your community. Grover Beach is trying to eliminate ADUs from Short Term Rentals. I know people have specifically added ADUs for additional income. I don't think people showed up for the Council meeting regarding Short Term Rentals. I didn't because of other obligations and I regret not going now. Hopefully there's something that can be done before this passes. Any ideas? I think this will be bad for our community overall.

All contestants will be judged on their Santa Claus costumes (Mrs. Claus, Elf's, Snowmen, and even Rudolf are welcome). The surf contest will start after the fancy dress. This is an OPEN event, meaning all are welcome to compete, and divisions will be based on sign-ups. So grab a cup of Christmas cheer, your Santa beard, and join us for some sun, surf, and Santa fun on December 16th as we celebrate the season surfing...Ho, Ho Ho!!!
