1. Pack healthy snacks and drink options. Reducing sugar consumption throughout the day will help your kids keep their teeth clean.
2. Remind them to drink water throughout the day. Drinking water will rinse off some of the food particles and will boost their body's natural ability to clean itself after a meal.
