Am I the only one constantly fighting between wanting to be seen online… and wanting to completely disappear? 😅
As a Realtor and business owner, I know social media is part of the job. Personal brand. Real estate marketing. Staying visible. Showing up consistently. Letting people get to know the person behind the business.
But the introvert in me also wants to post the house, answer my clients, close the deal… and then quietly retreat back into my little corner of the world. 😂
Some days I want to build a huge personal brand.
Other days I want absolutely no one to perceive me.
Apparently both can be true.
So if you’re a Realtor, entrepreneur, small business owner or content creator trying to grow online while also wanting to hide from the internet half the time…
please tell me I’m not the only one. 😂

Plot twist I wasn’t expecting… what if I was misdiagnosed with Celiac Disease? 👀
After almost 2 years of living gluten-free, my new GI doctor wants to redo my testing to confirm whether I truly have celiac disease or if something else has been causing my gut issues.
That means I have to reintroduce gluten for two weeks before being retested.
Part of me is thinking… okay, what foods have I missed the most? 😂 🍞🍕🍝
The other part is nervous because if I really do have celiac disease, I know what gluten can potentially bring with it for me: bloating, brain fog, fatigue and feeling completely off.
But I need answers.
So for the next two weeks, I’m documenting what happens when I reintroduce gluten after nearly two years without it and hopefully, at the end of this, I’ll finally have clarity.
