This Sunday, September 13, is Week 4 of the school year. HSCP students have Test #1, and younger classes have Project 1 — please make sure your child is ready. Also, please have children arrive by 9:45 AM so they're on time for morning assembly. Any school or class questions are always welcome — reach out to your principals anytime.

11:15 AM – Pre-School 1 & 2 dismissal (pick up at the Building #3000 entrance by 11:10 AM)
11:30 AM – Dismissal for Kindergarten through Grade 8
1:00 PM – HSCP dismissal

A Few Reminders

Please follow all safety guidelines and pick up your children on time.
Follow the directions of our safety volunteers at drop-off — use the designated lanes, arrive promptly, and set a good example for our kids.
Parents may not enter the school buildings, for safety reasons.
Have a suggestion or concern? Please talk to a principal or one of our volunteers.
Class, teacher, and room assignments are posted on the ITA and SRTS websites.

Registration is still open — please help spread the word to friends and family who'd like their children to join the SRTS community.

We hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer.
Student registrations for the 2026–27 academic year are coming in steadily. If you have not yet registered your child(ren), we encourage you to do so as soon as possible by visiting:

Book Distribution
For families who have completed registration, book distribution is scheduled as follows:
📅 Saturday, August 15
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Dougherty Valley High School (DVHS), San Ramon

Please review the following instructions before arriving:
Registration Confirmation: Please have the registration confirmation email from [email protected] readily available. This email contains your child's Student ID, which is required to receive the books.

Authorized Pickup: If someone else will be collecting the books on your behalf, they must bring a copy of the registration confirmation email. Books will not be issued without the confirmation email.

New Students: Parents of new students must bring a state-issued ID (or other acceptable government-issued identification) for the child to complete age verification. Books will be issued only after verification.

No Book Distribution on the First Day of School: There will be no book distribution on Sunday, August 16, the first day of classes. Please make every effort to collect your books on Saturday, August 15.

Evaluation Tests
Parents who have requested a student evaluation should bring their child on:

Class Assignments
