It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, so I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. 💗

Hi, I’m Christine Melendres, LCSW, founder of Sweet Mango Therapy Group. I’m a Filipina therapist and Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and my heart behind this work has always been to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and supported in their healing.

At Sweet Mango, we provide culturally responsive therapy for Filipina/x/o, AANHPI, and BIPOC communities throughout California.

I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, life transitions, and the deep pressure to hold everything together for everyone else.

So much of my work is about helping clients come back home to themselves. To reconnect with their voice, their body, their story, and their strengths, while honoring their culture, family systems, and intergenerational experiences.

This June, I have a few limited openings for Brainspotting intensives for those who are wanting more focused support beyond traditional weekly therapy.

Brainspotting intensives may be supportive for those working through:
— Anxiety, trauma, or burnout
— Perfectionism or emotional overwhelm
— Performance anxiety for actors, athletes, and professionals
—Test anxiety, including exams like the NCLEX
— Recovery after car accidents or distressing events
— Self-confidence and feeling stuck

These sessions are designed to create space to slow down, process more deeply, and receive more concentrated healing support.

For June, I’m offering limited spots for:
— 90-minute Brainspotting sessions
— 4-session Brainspotting intensive series
— Half-day Brainspotting intensives
