🥮 Mid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner! This season, we have the perennial favorite black sesame chocolate moon cakes, plum rabbits, shiso sesame, and a new matcha hazelnut crispy bonbon (featuring roasted matcha from our friends )

They are available for nationwide shipping on our site, pickup (we stocked a few boxes there yesterday!), and at the Richmond Autumn Moon Festival 10/4 (see our story highlights for details)

These almost didn’t get made, because the dried green mangoes from are so damn good, and my friends and family ate the case before we got around to enrobing them in chocolate. 🙈 (seriously, I had to re-order another couple cases!)

Dried baby green “tu mangoes” 土芒果 🥭 are chewy, sour, and sweet, or as Yunhai describes them, “nature’s sour gummy.” We are debuting them at the this Saturday! Can’t make it? They are available on our online store as well.

For the moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunties, and honorary moms who always showed up—cheering the loudest, hugging the tightest, and offering snacks (especially a plate of cut fruit) like a love language. They deserve all the praise, pampering… and luxury chocolate. Lots of it.

Last several pics are of my mom, who shows her love by traveling all the way from Oklahoma to help me prepare for massive orders or big events. When she’s not here, she just goes on a mega liking spree on all my posts 🥰

Really honored to have our work featured in Thank you, ! Nicolas is dropping off boxes of both Valentine and classic bonbons as I write this post. The smash hearts are being assembled as soon as I hit “ok”

They will be filled with candied almond and dark chocolate rochers, and have a hammer for smashing! I am going to put up a pre-order on the site. They will be ready for pickup at the kitchen Weds - Fri by appointment. We will drop some off at Tea on Piedmont on by Thurs morning.
