I am offering an ongoing somatic guided meditation group that has profoundly helped me heal from primal wounding and adoption related trauma. I am so excited to share this with others who have been and are struggling with these types of issues. Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery addresses trauma in the subconscious, at it's root It brings healing and wholeness through connecting to inner resources and integrating inner parts.
