Good communication can change everything during your Work & Travel program: at work, with your employer and coworkers, and with us as your sponsor through your CHI portal, Program Coordinator, and Regional Manager. Knowing how to communicate effectively is one of the most valuable skills you can have, and key to having a safe and successful Work & Travel experience. 💙

Together with our partner , we brought Global Bridges Academy to Madrid for an unforgettable in-person orientation experience, sessions designed to support our participants’ personal growth and set them up for success in the Work and Travel program.
What stood out most was their curiosity, their independence, and their openness to new experiences. Each moment we spent with them reminded us the real power of cultural exchange.
