We recently funded a reverse refinance for debt consolidation. It was important to our clients that they were able to keep living in their home, while paying off significant higher interest debts, eliminating their mortgage payment, and accessing additional funds to supplement their monthly income… we made 👏🏼 it 👏🏼 happen 👏🏼. These clients came to us needing a creative financing solution - they have a unique property on acreage with multiple ADUs (two of which were unpermitted) and were having a hard time keeping up with monthly obligations. We completed a cash-out refinance debt consolidation loan for them, putting the clients in a much more secure financial situation, reducing their overall monthly payments and overall blended interest rate, and leaving them with some additional cash as a cushion. During the transaction we ran into a health and safety issue with the appraisal but found a quick inexpensive solution for them, and closed the deal timely.
