As the Eichler Network's Marin County agent, I was interviewed by the this week about the effects of the new regulations in the housing market. The other agent who was interviewed sells Eichlers in Sacramento, and there's a lot of similarities in our answers. One thing she pointed out which I have to agree with, we will likely see a lot of agents leaving the market. Furthermore, I believe the attrition will mostly likely effect agents who specialize in representing buyers. There's a whole lotta shakin' going on in the industry right now.
