We are excited to welcome Joshua Seibert, formerly a chef at Nick's Cove in Marin County, to Aldersly as our new Executive Chef. Originally from Newmarket, Maryland, Chef Joshua grew up savoring East Coast specialties.

As a graduate from the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, Joshua is excited to bring his talents to the table and develop a casual fine-dining atmosphere, which elevates the quality of product use and food prepared. Food and hospitality are Joshua's biggest passions and becoming part of the Aldersly community is an exciting new chapter of his career!
