I’ve just completed a HUGE chapter of my life and honestly the last couple of months have stretched me in ways I didn’t fully expect.

There has been so much beauty, growth, expansion and connection within it all… but also some deep realisations around energy, reciprocity, boundaries and where I have been unconsciously overextending myself.

One thing I’ve really been sitting with is how easy it can be to keep pouring into people, projects or dynamics long after they have stopped feeling balanced or truly nourishing.

There comes a moment on the path where we realise not everything is ours to carry.

Not every connection is meant to continue forever.
Not every collaboration remains energetically aligned.
Not every door is meant to stay open simply because we once poured love, energy and intention into it.

One of the deepest acts of self respect is recognising when something has become imbalanced, draining or no longer reciprocal and having the courage to step back without needing to burn everything to the ground.

For many years I overrode my own nervous system, intuition and energy in order to keep things moving, support others, hold visions together and avoid disappointing people.

But there comes a point where your soul simply says: enough.

Enough leaking life force.
Enough carrying dynamics that are no longer nourishing.
Enough abandoning yourself in the name of loyalty, responsibility or potential.

Closing chapters is not failure.
Walking away from misalignment is not weakness.
Reclaiming your energy is sacred.

Sometimes personal power looks less like fighting harder and more like quietly removing yourself from what no longer honours your spirit.

I have a feeling many of us are moving through this collective shadow theme right now.

This month’s community call is going to be centred around exactly this… reclaiming energy, closing old loops, clearing energetic cords and calling our life force back home.

It takes a village to pull something like this off, we had less than a year to plan and there was a huge feeling of joy now the foundations have been laid.

It’s called the Next Level Healers LIVE Summit, hosted by Alysa Rushton, and it brings together a number of healers, guides and teachers for five days of conversations, activations and shared wisdom.

There comes a moment when you realise you’re no longer meant to keep repeating something.

I’ve outgrown this.

But awareness alone doesn’t close the loop.

The nervous system often stays loyal to what is familiar, even when the familiar no longer fits who we are becoming.
