PTA election season is just around the corner🗳 It's very important that proper procedures are followed when conducting the election of officers. Join us for another "Just in Time" training that will cover all things election related. We will ✔ review the election process timeline, ✔ review who can vote, and ✔provide you with a script for the election itself. We will also talk about contested elections and how to handle vacancies.

Every PTA/PTSA in California must file their Worker's Compensation Annual Report by January 30th, 2026. Please join Sixteenth District PTA leaders for a "Just-in-Time" training and demonstration of the reporting process. We will meet on zoom on Wednesday, January 21st at 7:00pm. Check your email for a zoom link.

Treasurers and Presidents should have received an email with the link to begin the reporting process around December 15th from California State PTA.
