Blooming Spoon took the show on the road, and cooked up a storm as the Guest Chefs for the weekend at Wilbur Hot Springs Resort & Nature Sanctuary. We arrived with armloads of produce from Farmer Phyllis, and picked up a bountiful order from Full Belly Farm, complete with fresh ground whole wheat flour; what a treat!

Little Rio is anointing our new summer cooking intern Selah! She's a bright and impassioned young cook joining our team for a few months. On her first day, she helped make Paul Pitchford's oden chicken soup with nori we harvested from the coast last week. Life changing bread also appeared as an add-on, packed with protein... A Blooming Spoon favorite snack.
