At Beehive Insurance, we believe strong relationships and great teamwork are what drive long-term success.

During our 2026 Producer Summit, producers put those skills into action through the Pit Crew Challenge, a hands-on experience inspired by NASCAR pit crews 🏁

Teams worked together through timed pit stop challenges, learning how communication, trust and continuous improvement can make all the difference under pressure. Along the way, there was plenty of competition, encouragement and teamwork across every group.
