Wow, Gallery MAR found loving homes for both these flyers lightning quick! I’d like to give them a shout out for the true dedication, creative eye and hard work they put in to make the gallery one of the best in the Mount West; thanks for a stellar year, team.

Making a very big and small owl for Gallery MAR!

The temp studio in the garage needs electric heat now. Gona be a spendy electric bill for the next few months.

My wife is always suggesting I need lotion, I generally hate the feeling of it but after some cane making I may need to heed her advice.

Making progress on the new studio, very excited to be past the concrete stage. It’s been a lot of work and has slowed my sculpting time but now that it’s on my schedule I can start releasing my creative energy again, and producing pieces.I still have a lot to do but now there isn’t anything time critical except getting the laundry room set up before winter, right now they are outside which won’t be great when it freezes.

A little strange to be working in my new temporary studio. Interesting working with the door open.

Here are two bunnies I just finished for Gallery MAR, I put some glow in the dark clay on these. I forgot how much fun it is to see them glow.

This is a bison I made for Canyon Road Contemporary Art, I made it in a quilt like pattern. Definitely different but was fun.

This is a recent bison I made, it’s available through Wilde Meyer Gallery Tucson. I went with a different pattern using less cane diversity, which gave an interesting effect I think.
