It is that time of year to be thankful for all that we have, and Health Access Project would like to invite all their clients to join their thanksgiving event this Monday, November 21, 2022, at 3 pm. Each year, HAP provides hundreds of Turkeys and Gift cards to their clients and families at their annual Thanksgiving Turkey Give Away Event.

Health Access Project - Community Health Workers (CHWs) are trained to serve as bridges between our organization and the community. They connect clients to available resources in the community (such as medical, dental, housing).
