and I ran and hiked 18 miles / 29km out there today. Although Jeff’s hip and quad have been bothering him, he’s still been moving well.

Update from Mile 96.5:

The early stages of were uphill beyond just the elevation gain. After battling through early hip and quad pain (plus a few scraped knees) is on the upswing and heading into the next 100 miles and beyond with pacing.
