🏢 NOW HIRING: Rental Property Office Administrator

📍 Salisbury, MD

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy rental property office.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

💲 Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and assist tenants, applicants, and property owners
• Process rental applications and maintain tenant files
• Assist with lease paperwork and renewals
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
• Record rent payments and maintain accurate records
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and reliable work ethic
