Ingredients:
β€’ 2 cups Basmati Rice
β€’ Chicken or mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower)
β€’ 1 large onion, sliced
β€’ 1 tomato, chopped
β€’ Β½ cup yogurt
β€’ 2 tbsp biryani masala
β€’ Fresh mint & cilantro
β€’ Salt and oil

Directions:
SautΓ© onions until golden. Add chicken or vegetables, tomatoes, yogurt, and biryani masala. Cook until tender. Layer with partially cooked basmati rice, top with mint and cilantro, cover, and simmer until the flavors blend into a delicious feast.
