Anticipate the pending snowstorm to interrupt Shore Transit service
Please be advised that transit service may be impacted during the snowstorm that is forecasted for our area. Shore Transit will operate unless / until it is unsafe for operations.
While we do try to give as much advanced notice as possible before service interruption or suspension, road conditions will dictate how much notice we are actually able to give.
Sunday service is currently operating but with blizzard conditions expected later on during the day, please be advised that if road conditions deteriorate, service may be suspended without notice.
Please keep that in mind when planning your travel. If you use transit to get to a location and plan to use it for your return, your return may not be feasible if deteriorating conditions force us to suspend service.
We do anticipate that transit service may be suspended at some point during this weather event and lingering effects that it may have on our area.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Check back here for updates!
