Just a couple of t-shirts with to round out my wardrobe. Can you believe these are the first ones I've actually kept for myself?!

I rarely sew for myself (compared to my kids), but I saw these from and knew I needed them for my days in the boat. This pair has become part of my standard boating outfit. The pattern is on sale right now!!
As usual, loads of options; I chose 9" leggings with pockets and used a stretch woven for the outer shorts. The inner pockets are perfect for stowing my phone, license, or knife safely on a moving boat, keeping them from being dropped into the water. I've already made a second pair and have a request from a friend for another!

Before having kids I never understood why people bought duplicates for each child. Cut to me making sure each fabric has enough for at least one item of clothing for my son and daughter... 😅

I've gotten so used to sewing knits, I'm glad I got up the courage to sew these board shorts! This pattern was a quick sew and so comfortable that my kids treated them like lounge pants, wearing them all day. I made two pair for each kid from the amazing board short material, which will now be a summer staple, whether at the beach or not 😂.

8 days into May and I've sewn 5 things! Admittedly, I think I need to adjust the neckline on this raglan, so 4.75 things. 🤣

My friend's kid has some sensory issues and will only wear the patterns, so I'm gearing up for summer with some short sleeve options!

I bought a mystery box and decided I needed to plan so I could make the most of it. My kids immediately wore these all weekend and I haven't even finished the seams!
