“TAMC in partnership with The City of Salinas, SUBA, and many others has created a pop-up Parklet event to showcase and test new bike lanes and parklets on East Alisal Salinas, CA. The pilot program is designed to collect data for final proposal of East Alisal Vibrancy plan. The plan is to make East Alisal safer for pedestrians and bicyclists as well as adding more secure parking spaces”
