Primavera Birth Services

My second Birth and Family Fair! What a wild, wonderful, enlightening, and fulfilling year it has been. Thank you to my clients, my community, and my fellow birth workers. My heart is soaring and I can’t wait for next year.

As a birth worker, reflecting back on my own pregnancy and birth (almost four years ago!) is such a unique experience. All the things I thought I knew, all the ways I prepared or maybe should’ve prepared differently. I’m reminded what a special and unforgettable chapter it was and how lucky I am to work with families during these tender and transformative times.

Gracias and for a most beautiful weekend of community, ceremony, and learning. Looking forward to working alongside you all to support the community of Watsonville and..beyond! ❤️

Each placenta print is so unique and interesting. I love being able to create these keepsakes for families in addition to processing their placentas to provide support to the sacred postpartum bodies that grew them and birthed them. ❤️

Beginning Monday, JANUARY 16, 2023, we are excited to share the following FREE services PCMC will be offering at the Women Infants & Children's Nutrition (WIC) Office in East Salinas. Programs will be facilitated by Jaimee Depomeo (Doula and Childbirth Educator) and Bianca Estrada(Master Student in social work and family Wellness Specialist)

La educación sobre el parto te ayudará a comprender mejor el proceso del trabajo del parto y también te ayudará a tomar decisiones importantes sobre la experiencia que deseas tener.
Hablaremos sobre prácticas saludables para el parto que están respaldados por evidencia. Desarrollaremos un plan de parto, aprenderemos técnicas para aguantar los dolores de parto y hablar de cualquier duda o inquietud que tengas.
