The office will be closed October 1st through October 8th. We will be open again on October 9th.
The office will be closed June 27th - July 1st; Open 9am to 5pm on July 2nd and 3rd; Closed July 4th and 5th.

Due to the birth of Dr. Kody's son, we will on a modified schedule moving forward which is anticipated to be for 3-6 weeks. New Schedule (Subject to Change)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am to 11am
Tuesday, Thursday: 2:00pm to 4:45pm
Office will be closed to 1/25 and 1/26.
