Important reminder: Second-quarter estimated tax payments are due on June 15th, covering income earned from April 1st through May 31st.

Submitting payments on time can help you avoid interest and penalties while keeping your year-end tax expectations on track.

With tax deadlines just around the corner, make sure you're prepared! Here’s a quick breakdown of what you need to know:

🗓️ Individual Tax Returns: Due April 15, 2025. Need more time? File Form 4868 by April 15th for an extension until October 15th. (Note: You must still pay any owed taxes by April 15th to avoid penalties!)

🗓️ S Corporations & Partnerships: Returns are due March 17th, but you can file for a six-month extension until September 15th with Form 7004.

🗓️ C Corporations: Due April 15th (for calendar year corporations). Fiscal year corporations must file by the 15th day of the fourth month after their year-end. However, if your corporation operates on a June 30th fiscal year, you have an earlier filing deadline of September 15th. Need extra time? You can request a six-month extension with Form 7004.
