Freedom in Motion

I have two pieces of choreography that I am hoping to present at a couple dance festivals this Summer! If you are an experienced contemporary or ballet dancer, please dm me!

We will have a few rehearsals this winter to learn the choreography and submit it to the festivals. The performances will be in July and August.

Missing this today. I miss preparing for a Christmas production and being able to jump like this. Jumping has always been one of my favorite things to do as a dancer. This recovery process feels like forever but I know I’ll be back to it before I know it. For now I’m just reminiscing. 🤍

Post Surgery update:
It’s been almost a whole week! Thank God!
It’s been a very painful and stressful healing thus far BUT it’s starting to get better.

Thank you to everyone who brought or bought us dinners and gave rides. I’m so blessed by the community around me. 🥰

I am sad to announce that unfortunately I will not be able to perform this coming Monday at “Artfulness”
I have dislocated my knee and cannot walk at the moment! Please pray for me as I work on my recovery this Summer.
If you already bought tickets to this show, I hope you still go because it’s going to be amazing! 🙏🏻

On June 24th I am presenting a new solo piece titled “In the Pocket” at Windhover Center for the Performing Arts as a part of the dance festival, “Artfulness”

This solo feels like a true extension of myself. It combines two of my favorite things, ballet and jazz music! It’s such a fun piece and I can’t wait to bring it to the stage!

I always love performing at this venue; It’s a beautiful outdoor stage in Rockport, with a rich history. Come bring a picnic and enjoy inspiring works from companies all over New England!

For those who don’t already know, I have started a new endeavor this season with Safe Haven Ballet. I will be performing in their production of Romeo and Juliet! 👏🏻

Safe Haven is a trauma informed professional touring company with the mission of creating uplifting ballet based performances and providing weekly free trauma sensitive classes to survivors of sexual/domestic violence and trauma.
