Shout out to my NESCA neighbors and friends! We put out a request for socks to benefit Salem HOME Youth Resource Center and you delivered!! I haven't counted yet (update to follow), but this is likely between 150-200 pairs plus packages of new underwear. Thank you so much for your help!

Another terrific NESCA National Night Out gathering, hosted by Mike and Lucy Beringer. Salem Fire Department came with a big truck, to the delight of all kids - young and old. Police Chief Trevor Womack and Salem Mayor Chris Hoy stopped by to say hello, accompanied by a member of the K9 unit (the star of the evening!), and everyone brought marvelous food for the potluck table. Fun evening!
