✨ Meet Amanda Wright ✨

Every well-held circle is supported not only by those guiding the space, but by those ensuring the facilitators themselves are supported, resourced, and aligned. For Sacred Mountain Institute, Amanda Wright plays a key role in doing exactly that.

Amanda supports SMI through administration, facilitator check-ins, and monthly theme alignment, helping ensure our Women’s Circle Spring Series stays cohesive, intentional, and grounded. She works behind the scenes to support facilitators as they prepare, reflect, and stay connected to the deeper intention of each gathering.

Trained in brain health coaching, Amanda brings a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware lens to her work. With experience in behavioral techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and transformation support, she helps create an environment where both facilitators and attendees feel safe, steady, and supported.

Her personal journey—growing up without consistent safety—has deeply shaped her devotion to creating spaces where women of all ages can soften, exhale, and feel genuinely held.

She’s a lover of books and dragons, endlessly creative, and deeply expressive—whether she’s sewing, crafting, teaching theatre, gardening, or making music on her saxophone, flute, or piano. Creativity is one of the ways she restores and brings joy into the world.

We’re grateful for the steadiness, creativity, and thoughtful presence Amanda brings to Sacred Mountain Institute and to the facilitators who help hold our circles.
