Spring cleanups are underway but are moving slower than expected due to the large amounts of rain that has fallen and made customers yards too soft for equipment. If you are waiting to see me For a spring cleanup I am working hard to get to you. If you haven’t signed up for our service then I don’t know what your waiting for.

In my earlier years, some things I learned the hard way as a wildlife photographer and videographer are to never be so locked in on your shot that you’re not paying attention to the environment and the situation you could be putting yourself in. I don’t know who shot this video or the person in it, but I found it very intriguing to see the curiosity level of this alligator and how intensely focused the photographer was, which created this interest for the alligator. When you’re working with predators, it is essential to be aware of your surroundings and not look like a prey item that’s just focused on one thing. Situation awareness of your environment should involve scanning and looking around, as well as making eye contact, which is crucial. Even if you’re not working with predators, with our world constantly changing and everyone so locked in on their phones, I think it’s a great reminder to not only be aware of your surroundings for safety but also to be able to enjoy the moment, capture it quickly with the phone, then put the phone down, and just enjoy the world we live in.
