I occasionally struggle to come up with sayings for rocks. However, if I am painting for a specific individual or group, it becomes much easier. This particular rock was painted for a very special person in my life, my eldest son Cole.

An updated rock for one of my favorite kiddos. Henry Strong is only one facet of this amazing kid. He is one of the kindest, bravest, smartest guys I know. The kind of person that when you are speaking to him, he looks you in the eyes, smiles and it touches your toes. You know you are being heard and cared about. Henry has been battling cancer for years. I am in constant awe of his strength to not only endurance but how he chooses to LIVE. He and his parents and siblings are ROCKSTARS. So in honor of Henry, I am posting his refreshed rock. I told his mom when he is tired of reminders of this time, he can pitch the rock into the woods as a sign of freedom.

One of my favorite places on earth is Park point Beach in Duluth. New rocks were left. I hope they find their people.

Our country is in crisis and we all are hurting.
While watering my garden today, I found this rock I painted last year. If we all chose peace, can you imagine what a wonderful world this would be? Please show kindness to each other.
