It's National Homeownership Month! Every year, we use this time to demonstrate our commitment to creating affordable, sustainable, and inclusive homeownership for all.
On June 6, we hosted a free Home Stretch homebuyer education workshop to help our customers prepare to be successful homebuyers. This interactive class is led by our highly trained advisors and mortgage and real estate professionals, allowing them to ask questions and get answers directly from the source.
If you're looking to get started on your homeownership journey this month, we're happy to help: https://buff.ly/UdwUlhD

Thank you to everyone who came to see us during NeighborWorks Weeks this year! The celebration may be over, but there's still time to learn about the work we do.
Hear from longtime West St. Paul resident Kelly as she talks about working with us on replacing the deck in her backyard--and receiving a lower interest rate than she could find anywhere else: https://buff.ly/966wpiy

- Improving the conditions of the home (e.g. exterior repairs, resolve code deficiencies, address health & safety items, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Improving accessibility.
- Improving energy efficiency and reducing long term energy costs.
- Repairing garages.
- Upgrading permanent landscaping.
Other repairs or replacements may be approved by the EDA. Learn more about eligibility on our website: https://buff.ly/hpazrLo

Help us celebrate NeighborWorks Weeks by joining us this Saturday at the Arlington Hills Recreation Center! Money Action Day is a free, fun, family-oriented event that focuses on financial fitness for Twin Cities residents. It's designed to connect families to the resources, tools, and support they need to reach their financial goals.
You will find various resources, including those for homeownership and building credit. There will also be opportunities to schedule one-on-one meetings with financial experts—like us—and pull your credit report. The whole family can participate in activities like face painting, crafts, games, food, raffles and more.

This year's NeighborWorks Weeks theme, “Creating Homes, Building America," emphasizes the importance of expanding housing opportunities and strengthening communities. This shows up in our partnerships, like the one with First Bank & Trust, where we were able to give 615 families the tools to become homeowners.
Hear from First Bank & Trust's chairman, Van Vishbeck, as he speaks about why investing in local partnerships matters in our blog: https://buff.ly/dpZ93VZ

Our customer, Polly, lived in the same house for 24 years, but it wasn’t hers.
Like many renters, she had built a stable, meaningful life in her home over time, yet ownership still felt out of reach—until she connected with NeighborWorks Home Partners.
