Great day partnering with Ryan Companies US, Inc. on a Habitat for Humanity International housebuilding project in the Twin Cities this week—we are honored to contribute to a meaningful effort that provides safe, affordable homes for local families.

Last Thursday the ERA Structural Engineering Residential Group enjoyed a St. Paul Saints game at CHS Field.

Between baseball, ballpark food, and storm clouds rolling through, it was a memorable evening at the ballpark and a great opportunity for the team to connect outside the office.

Nothing like a fun escape room outing! Last week, our structural engineering and business development interns took on a variety of team challenges at BRKTHROUGH in Roseville, MN, putting their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to the test.

Thank you Jimmi Langemo, for sharing your insights on building an inclusive, welcoming workplace culture! ERA Structural Engineering and Pope Design Group teamed up to host a discussion for employees: “You Set the Tone: How to Create an Inclusive, Welcoming Environment that Drives Success,” given by Jimmi Langemo.

The discussion encouraged reflection on how we show up for one another through our communication, actions, leadership, and relationships. Key themes included self-awareness, empathy, understanding intent versus impact, and the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and included.

Congratulations to the entire project team behind the Mystic Lake Amphitheater on winning the Entertainment/Restaurant - South category at the 2026 Minnesota Real Estate Journal's 2026 Real Estate Awards Ceremony last night!

Set to open this June, the new 19,000-seat venue is now Minnesota’s largest outdoor amphitheater and a major addition to the entertainment landscape in the City of Shakopee, MN.

Congratulations to the entire project team behind the University of Minnesota Fraser Hall on winning the Education category at the 2026 Minnesota Real Estate Journal's 2026 Real Estate Awards Ceremony last night! (ERA's Rebecca Gordon is shown in the photo on the left).

The reimagined Fraser Hall transforms a historic 1929 law library into a modern hub for chemistry education and research, pairing a full renovation with a 94,000-square-foot addition overlooking the Mississippi River. By reinvesting in existing campus infrastructure while creating state-of-the-art learning environments, the project stands as a powerful example of thoughtful, future-focused academic development.
