What a fantastic Dinner Symposium for our Associates, Senior Partners, and Community Partners! Ben Janike from Crossroads Training spoke to the guys about how to eat good protein on a budget and how to carry a $20 gym in your back pack. Read all about it on our CEO's Blog, https://www.redemptionproject.org/news-and-events/2025/10/10/lifting-ourselves-up-one-step-at-a-time

The Redemption Project had our second Associate's Dinner Symposium of September this week at Morrisseys irish pub. Heidi Metro and Michael Metro from When You Lead Coaching and Consulting were dynamic speakers. They got the Associates up and moving as well as a time for calmness. We were so appreciative of their insight on how to keep ourselves regulated. What a fantastic evening, especially with Kent and the great staff at Morrissey's! We look forward to next month's symposiums.

Two Associates accompanied our Senior Partner, Malcolm, to the store today to obtain essential items. Engaging in routine activities such as shopping supports the autonomy and self-esteem of the Associates as they navigate significant life changes. We appreciate Portland House for their confidence in The Redemption Project, which enables us to provide transportation for the Associates residing there.

Last night The Redemption Project held their first Associate Dinner Symposium at OG ZAZA's in the King Coil Building in St. Paul. The Associates enjoyed wood fired pizza from OG's and were taken care of so well by the King Coil Spirits staff, in their event space. Eric Rogness from Supreme Lending was incredibly informational on the process of getting a mortgage. We cannot wait for our next one later this month. Look for a full recap on our CEO's blog this week!

Honored to Represent The Redemption Project at the Volunteers of America Quarterly Board Meeting
It was a privilege to represent The Redemption Project during this quarter’s VOA Board Meeting, where we engaged in meaningful conversations about reentry, employment, and the real challenges faced by returning citizens.
Special thanks to Mike Hilborn of Roofs To Decks (RTD)—a longtime supporter of TRP and this month’s guest speaker—for highlighting employment pathways and practical solutions for reentry success.
Sharing space with our incredible partners—Amicus, VOA Roseville, VOA Lake Street, PROWD, DEED, Black Butterfly (Amber Brown), RTD, and so many others—was truly inspiring. Your commitment to our shared vision of transformation and second chances continues to drive this vital work forward.
Thank you to everyone who attended and continues to support this mission.
