Embracing Me
Embrace Me retreats are designed for women who want to emtionally release and come home to themselve
When something traumatic happens, we subconsciously attach a belief about ourselves. Often these beliefs can be negative like I’m unsafe or I’m unworthy of care or that was my fault. These can impact how we see the world.
Re-processing using EMDR or ART can really help shift these negative beliefs and to see the world through more of a value based lens.
Super cool right?!
Listen to my daughter‘s narrative since we process the car accident on site. Note the themes in the way she tells the story. EMDR and ART are both very powerful tools to help with processing trauma.
Getting those continual education credits with other therapist here at St. George! I love when people share their knowledge.

We had a blast at the Cultivating Community Networking event last night !
We laughed. We connected. We ate Italian ice.
Thanks again for supporting mental health providers here in Southern Utah.
Nothing like a cultivating community event
they support mental health providers in St. George area. And they make a darn good Italian ice.
thank you, Karie Anne’s 🍦 for donating to our cultivating community event!

Last week a group of women came together. They identified cages that keep them stuck small like people pleasing, living in authentically so others feel comfortable, etc. The vulnerability and courage they showed was beautiful. Thanks .sorenson for the beautiful Breathwork. Thank you .gems.with.amanda and for being such great teammates! ❤️❤️

Who’s ready to start listening to your inner knowing? Who’s ready to level up self trust ??
Tired of second-guessing your intuition.
Embracing Me: Coming Home to Self is a therapist-designed, trauma-informed, two-day intensive for women who are ready to stop surviving and start listening inward.
This is about reconnecting with Self —
the calm, grounded, confident presence beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations.
Through IFS practices, somatic yoga, guided embodiment, and creative expression, we learn to:
• honor the parts that learned to survive
• restore trust in your inner knowing
• experience healing in your body — not just your head
• be held in real, honest sisterhood
No fluff.
No performing healing.
Just science, soul, and space to come home.
In sisterhood, we remember.
In safety, we reclaim.
In Self, we come home.
