St. George won the best city in Utah on KSL's best city in Utah tournament! Other southern Utah cities also fared very well. Washington lost to Mapleton in the "Elite Eight" and Hurricane lost to St. George in the "Final Four". What do you think the best city in Utah is?

Don't miss this family fun event!
The first-ever Pumpkin Dive event is kicking off on Oct. 19 from 6-9 p.m. at the WCCC Aquatic Center. Participants ages 12 and under can have a chance to dive into the pool to pick their pumpkin. The kids then get to use markers to decorate the pumpkins. Cost is $5 for all participants, includes pumpkin and decorating supplies. Admission is $1 for spectators. Participants will also get a pumpkin carving demonstration. Kids can also participate in a costume contest at 6 p.m. followed by the pumpkin dive at 7 p.m. so there will be time to change from costume to swimming gear. The Washington City Area Chamber of Commerce and other local businesses will be at the event providing FREE candy for the kids to come "Trick-Or-Treat" at the vendor booths. The great trail race runs through Cottonwood Canyon crossing the 600 foot boardwalk on Oct. 10 starting at 8:30 a.m. All runners receive a race shirt and swag bag. Get prize giveaways! First, second and third place winners in each age division receive a medal. Wear your best family-friendly costume to win a prize in categories for best male costume, best female costume and best group costume.
